students are predominantly Chinese and Vietnamese, studying
for IELTS and admission to bachelors degree programs. My
role involves curriculum development, teaching IELTS,
leadership of a group of 5 staff and direct liaison with the
directors of the University. I have also been involved in
recruiting students (interviewing in Shanghai, China and

All
participants on the course were Chinese students who had
come to the UK to complete the final year of their BSc
degree. The course focused on general EAP as well as ESP
(electronics/engineering).
